Return Conditions
- Return Period: 30 days from the delivery date.
- Restocking Fee (of product price): 10% restocking fee applies for non-defective items.
- Refund Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
- Return Shipping Cost: Free of charge for all eligible returns.
Ineligible Products for Returns
- Products that have been used, modified, or altered in any way.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or installation, making them non-resalable.

Inspection Upon Arrival:
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected. Inspection usually takes 7 business days to ensure the product meets return eligibility criteria. -
Refund Process:
If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Note that all refunds exclude original shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee of product price. -
Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
If you cancel your order before shipment, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, but a 5% processing fee will be deducted.
Delivery Day Return Policy
Our return policy is based on the delivery date, ensuring you have adequate time to inspect your purchase. If the item is in transit beyond the 30-day return window, the return eligibility period will begin on the day the product is delivered to your specified address.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within a 30-day return window from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For your convenience, we offer drop-off location returns as part of our seamless return process. This location will be one of our trusted carrier partner facilities or a third-party logistics hub, depending on your state and city.
Simply package your item securely, attach the provided return label, and bring it to the specified drop-off point. Exchanges
We are happy to accept exchanges if you wish to swap your new or slightly used product for another model, size, or variation. Exchanges must be requested within the same 30-day return window and meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.
