Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all destinations within the contiguous United States with FREE shipping (No cost to customer – All orders get free shipping). We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but additional fees may apply. Contact us for quotes or special delivery needs. For larger items like saunas, we partner with USPS and reliable freight shipping services to ensure safe and efficient delivery.


Shipping Costs

  • Contiguous United States: Free Shipping (All orders get free shipping).
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Additional shipping fees apply; contact us for a custom quote.

Order Processing Time

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) are processed the same day, Monday through Saturday.
  • Handling Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Custom Saunas: Due to the specialized nature of custom models, processing may take longer; see specific timelines below.

Shipping Timeline

  • Premade Saunas and Accessories: Delivery typically occurs within 8–23 business days, depending on location.
  • Transit Time: All shipments are estimated to arrive between 7–21 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided via email after dispatch.
  • You can track your order through USPS or the respective freight partner’s tracking portal that we will send you.
  • For real-time tracking or questions about your shipment, our support team is ready to assist.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • If an incorrect delivery address has been entered, please contact us immediately at info@saunasdirect.co to make modifications to your order.
  • Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Upon Receipt of Your Package

Certified Installation Included at No Extra Cost
All sauna purchases include complimentary professional installation by certified contractors. Once your sauna is delivered, our team will coordinate with you to schedule a time for setup, ensuring everything is installed properly and ready to use.

Inspect Before Signing
Before signing the delivery receipt, carefully inspect the package for any visible damage (e.g., dents, scratches, or punctures). Note any damages on the receipt. A signed receipt without notations confirms your acceptance of the order in perfect condition and may void freight claims.

Count All Items
Check to ensure all pieces of your order are accounted for upon delivery. Missing items must be reported within 48 hours via email at info@saunasdirect.co or our Contact Us page.

Concealed Damages
If you discover hidden damages after delivery, contact us immediately with detailed photos and a description at info@saunasdirect.co.


Returns and Refusals

Refusals
Refusing delivery for reasons other than damaged goods or shipping errors will result in a 10% restocking fee plus applicable shipping costs.
