Your Order – What to Expect

Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you’ll receive an “Order Confirmation” email letting you know we’ve received your order. -
Stock Confirmation:
We immediately check out inventory and/or confirm with our suppliers whether your order is in stock and ready to ship. Most saunas and accessories are available for immediate shipment. Custom saunas may take longer (see Shipping Timeline below). -
Order Shipment:
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, your items will be prepped for shipping. You’ll receive tracking information via the email address you provided via Chat from our support, or at checkout.- If you don’t receive tracking information within 6 business days, please reach out via chat, our Contact Us page, or email us at info@saunasdirect.co.

Where We Ship:
We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States with FREE premium shipping. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but additional fees may apply. For quotes or special delivery needs, contact us directly.

If your address requires specialized delivery services (e.g., remote or hard-to-access locations), additional fees may apply. Reach out to us for assistance, and we’ll work with you to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Premade Saunas and Accessories:
In-stock items are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after payment is processed. -
Custom Saunas:
Due to the specialized nature of these saunas, shipping can take 2–3 weeks, or longer for highly customized models.
Delays:
In case of unforeseen delays (e.g., supplier unavailability, extreme weather), a dedicated customer support specialist will contact you to explain the situation and offer solutions. If the new timeline or conditions don’t work for you, you can cancel the order at that time without penalty.
Upon Receipt of Your Package
Certified Installation Included at No Extra Cost
Once your package arrives, one of our certified contractors will contact you to schedule a time for professional installation, ensuring your sauna is set up safely and efficiently. This service is offered at no additional cost to give you peace of mind and a hassle-free experience.
Inspect Before Signing:
Carefully check for visible damage (e.g., dents, scratches) before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the delivery receipt. Signing without noting damages confirms your acceptance of the order in perfect condition and may delay or void freight claims.
Count All Items:
Ensure all items in your package are accounted for upon delivery. Report any missing pieces within 48 hours via email at info@saunasdirect.co or our Contact Us page. Missing items reported after 48 hours cannot be replaced.
Concealed Damages:
If you discover hidden damages after delivery, contact us immediately at info@saunasdirect.co with detailed photos and a description.
Our certified contractors will handle the setup and installation, so you can relax and enjoy your new sauna without any added stress. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Refusals
Refusing delivery for reasons other than damaged goods or shipping errors will result in a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping costs. If you have concerns about your order, contact us before refusing delivery to explore other options.
